Credit card information is not collected by Small-LeatherGoods.com, nor do we even have access to it. This information is subject to the policies and procedures of PayPal®.
Under no circumstances will any information that Small-LeatherGoods.com has collected be sold to a marketing or data collection type company. It is possible that Small-LeatherGoods.com may use the contact information for its own marketing purposes. If so, you will be given the opportunity to opt-out of any such program.
Small-LeatherGoods.com will comply with any legitimate court order regarding this information. However in doing so we will take every safeguard possible to protect this valuable information.
Shipping
Small-LeatherGoods.com will ship your order at our discretion either using UPS or USPS from our location in Ohio. We will usually get your order shipped within 1 business day. You will be notified via e-mail if we can not ship to your location.
Your order will be shipped to the address provided to us by PayPal®. If you do not have a PayPal® account you will be given the opportunity to enter your address. If you do have a PayPal® account, please verify that your shipping address is correct. We can not be responsible if a package is shipped to an incorrect address given to us from PayPal®.

Elsewhere
If you are not charged shipping when you check out, go ahead and place your order as is. We will then contact you via e-mail with your total shipping amount, with your approval we will then e-mail you a bill for the agreed shipping via PayPal that you can pay from.

General Policies
We at Small-LeatherGoods.Com work hard to assure that we have the items that you want when you want them.
However occasionally we will run out of an item you order. If this happens we will contact you via email with an out-of-stock alert, estimated in-stock date, and the following options:
— cancel entire order
— ship in-stock items and cancel backorder
Ohio residents will have state sales tax of 8.0% added to your order. Because Ohio sales tax now varies by destination, the amount charged may be reduced when the sale is finalized. Your order will never be more than what is originally authorized, however it could be less.
Returns
Everyone makes mistakes now and then. If we make one, we will fix it to the best of our ability. Any other returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All refunds will be made to the credit card or paypal account used when you made the purchase. Sorry, shipping is not refundable.
All refunds regardless of reason must have an RA number. To get an RA number please contact us and be sure to tell us why you need to return the item.
